Founded in 2004 by chef Bill Gallagher, the occasion encourages chefs to introduce children to cooking and healthy eating. Worldchefs suggests hands-on workshops, garden visits and exploring global flavors. At home, start smaller: choose an ingredient together and find out how it reaches the plate.
