Taan Gives Humboldt Park a Thai Dinner Date

New Humboldt Park restaurant Taan makes Tuesday dinner considerably more interesting with a seasonal Thai menu designed to keep changing.

The current sample menu includes trout miang with candied tamarind, green curry mussels, grilled pork loin panang curry, and a whole fried fish finished with fish sauce caramel. There is also a full wine list, which feels like the correct level of commitment for Tuesday.
