The finale includes sidewalk shopping, outdoor dining, trick-or-treating, giant games and mini-pumpkin decorating while supplies last. Free bike checkups run 10 a.m.–1 p.m. The No. 56 bus is rerouted for the event; the ward office says the Blue Line is unaffected. Arrive by early afternoon for the music.
